Cubs Christmas Party 2018

Date: 21st Dec 2018 Author: West Monkton

Our last night of Cubs before we breakup for the new year and having fun was our number one rule. Your never on your own when you become part of a team and facing the other competitors who are watching your every move. From beating the challenge of using chopsticks to pick up a jelly bean for the first time to having leggings on your head, trying to knock down the one bottle that just won`t fall down. The adrenaline is rushing and the one game that would keep you on your toes and looking in all directions is all about keeping your own balloon safe and avoiding having it popped. At the end of the night all enjoyed party food with Christmas music and were well into the Christmas spirit! Ho Ho

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
